Sexually transmitted diseases are controlled proactively, as they are most often transmitted by people who have not realized that they are suffering.
That is because the onset of clinical symptoms -discomfort ranges from a few months to several years.
Sexually transmitted infections also include infections that cause:
• Long-term inflammation and infertility (ureaplasma, mycoplasma, chlamydia).
• Annoying -recurring conditions (cold sores and genital herpes).
• Cervical cancer (papillomavirus -HPV).
• Urinary tract infections, prostatitis, vaginitis, urethritis, fungal infections (common germs -fungi).
